Our Posaction® employee and organizational assistance program is offered under the short-term and long-term disability benefit included in our insurer clients' individual and group benefit contracts.

The program includes 3 components: professional assistance for troubled employees, information and training brochures for managers, and a post-traumatic counselling service.

The professional assistance service is designed to help employees resolve family, work, personal or dependency problems in a speedy manner. Through this service, employees and their dependent family members can receive up to a total of 12 hours of face-to-face psychosocial counselling per year.

The program also offers concrete tools and solutions to help company managers prevent absenteeism and disability. A consultant is also available to provide a company-wide communication plan for the program.
