Our rehabilitation services are available to insureds who are on short-term or long-term disability, for the purpose of helping them recover and return to work under the best possible conditions.

The services are designed to give employees access to the support they need to help them return to work. The program includes a personalized intervention program and support services for returning to work. The employee is given access to psychosocial counsellors, as well as an employment counsellor.

These services are offered to insureds by our insurer clients' Disability Management departments based on certain predefined criteria.
