“Absenteeism”, “time off work”, “employees experiencing difficulties” are now common expressions in corporate vocabulary.
Themaxis® is designed so that supervisors, forepersons
and team leaders have practical tools and solutions to help them improve their personnel management skills, and ultimately benefit from improved quality of life at work.
Each Themaxis® session has four learning objectives: to understand the nature and impacts of a people management issue; to evaluate the organizational and personal factors that cause the problem; to develop a range of strategies and tools for managing the situation promptly and effectively; to put permanent systems in place to prevent problems and promote a positive working environment.
The sessions are 3 hours in length and are conducted on-site by a qualified trainer. Each session covers a specific theme, and active participation is encouraged through presentations, exercises and case studies.
